| Bio: | I am in excellent physical shape with no chronic illnesses except, according to some, I am still a bachelor. I am 5'3 3/4" and weigh 140+ lbs. My vision is good and my hearing is fair. I live in a creek hollow that is 8 miles south of and 200 years out of Lancaster, Pa. One might consider it rural but in reality, it is not. It is so quiet here, it sometimes can scare urban types. Some call me a hermit but I am reclusive. I enjoy my home, and travel only as desired or needed.
According to one person, I am a delitant and in a sense, I am: so I take the compliment. I have lived many places, in and out of the U.S. and for the record, the U.S. is best. Four important experiences in my life (not the only ones) were the 1964 Republican National Convention, Woodstock, Heicon: the World Science Fiction Conference held in Heidleberg, West Germany in 1970, and teaching in St. Croix, U.S.V.I. My education has lead me to at least seven states and three degrees. I have owned six one man businesses with a score of 3 wins, 2 ties, and one loss. I am now in my seventh as artist and owner of DeDrell Studios. My unfulfilled wish is to teach American History. I have met many creative people in my time and plan to meet many more. There is a great future ahead for myself, my peers, my country and the world and it (the great future) is coming fast. I am an optimist and happy to be one. This means having personal standards to meet and being serious about meeting them. I am faith based and my religion could be called Mimbari. Finally, I am now 60, my culture is Jewish (and a proud Jew), my Race is American! |
